<Procedure to participate>

Please send the followings to Artist Space CERO via e-mail.
(1)Your profile
(2)The informations (title, size, materials, year, price, etc) of the art work you want to exhibit
(3)The image of your art work (JPEG / maximum 2MB)

*The art work of the other than members of Artist Space CERO will be auditioned.

To exhibitor, we will inform the bank account of Artist Space CERO via e-mail.
Please deposit the full amount into the above account until the deadline date (May 27th).
We will e-mail the contract document of OUCHI GALLERY, then please send back the contract document that you signed to Artist Space CERO.

When we confirm the payment of the registration fee and the contract that you signed, your participation will be fixed.

Non-Artist Space CERO’s member

<Payment deadline of participation fee>

*The participation fee is included the cost (10000YEN) for PR and coordinate by OUCHI GALLERY (ZANK&MARS LLC).
*The participants must sign on the contract document of OUCHI GALLERY, and send it to Artist Space CERO.
*The type of participation fee will obey the member type of the time when it will begin to be recruited.(April 30th, 2010) 
*The transportation cost and insurance cost are the participant's responsibility.
*ZANK&MARS LLC is an agent of OUCHI GALLERY to manage for the artists.(http://zankandmarsllc.com/ )
*Please send the participation fee to the account of Artist Space CERO by the deadline.
*The exhibitor doesn't need to deposit to the bank account designated by ZANK & MARS LLC, or by money order, because Artist Space CERO will deposit in gross.
